Safe, settled homes for men with disability, supported by a team who understands them.
Path 2 Life Care is a registered NDIS provider operating across Sydney and Melbourne. We focus on men with disability because their needs, and the way they connect with others, are too often overlooked in mainstream accommodation.
So we built something different: homes with support shaped around each person, and The Man Cave Centre, where the men we support spend time, pick up new skills and make mates. Everyday support and real community, in one model.
We’re grateful for the trust placed in us. Hear from participants, families and support coordinators on their experience with us.

The Man Cave (also known as the Activity Centre) is an amazing place with so much to offer! It’s bright, welcoming, and filled with different zones and activities for everyone. There’s gaming, a pool table, PS5 gaming days, podcasting, t-shirt printing, a calm zen area outside, BBQ days, a VR headset, ping pong table, board games, card games, and more. It feels like a family and community atmosphere, where people can come together, enjoy cooked meals, grab a coffee, and connect through fun and meaningful activities. It’s truly become a great little community and a fantastic place for socialization. Highly recommend!![]()

The Man Cave was an investment by Path 2 Life Care, made with the support of the local community, so the men have a space that is truly theirs.
To give men with disability a place to live and a community to belong to.
To elevate the standard of supported accommodation for men with disability by creating homes connected to community, routine and belonging.
Highly trained support teams, a clear matching process, and personalised support across accommodation and community access.
With over 10 years of experience in healthcare and disability support, Elly set out to address a real challenge he saw in the disability sector. Too many men were feeling disengaged, misunderstood and without the right support around them.
Through Path 2 Life Care, he built an integrated model of male support that brings together safe accommodation, highly trained support teams and meaningful community connection. His goal is to help men feel understood, confident, supported and connected to a life with purpose.
