About SDA

What Specialist Disability Accommodation means

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is NDIS funding for the home itself, purpose-built or specially modified housing for participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. It is different from SIL: SDA pays for the bricks and mortar, while SIL pays for the support delivered inside it. Many participants are funded for both.

We help you understand whether SDA suits your situation, match you to a home built to your design category through our SDA partner, and deliver the SIL support that makes day-to-day life work. The SDA homes we support sit across Sydney, close to transport, health services and community.
