A community centre built for men, by men, in Ashfield. More than a day program, it is a relaxed place to drop in, take part and belong. Come for the music, the barber corner, a coffee, a feed or just a yarn with the lads.
Come in for a free trial day at The Man Cave. Pick a day that suits, meet the lads and see what it is all about, with no obligation to sign up.
Come for what you love, try something new, or just kick back with the lads.
